FOR  BORROWERS 

If you are a borrower, the fastest way will be to click on LOAN APPLICATION and fill it out and submit it on line. Or you can print out the application, fill it out and fax it to us at 408-395-1424 or just call us at 800-935-6266. You also need to print out the BORROWER SIGNATURE AUTHORIZATION, sign it and fax it to us. Click on DOCUMENTS NEEDED and fax or mail us the necessary documents. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Send us a reminder if you have not heard from us within 48 hours. 

FOR  MORTGAGE  BROKERS

If you are a Mortgage Broker, then click on MORTGAGE BROKER and fill out the information sheet. You will be given a Broker Code so that you do not have to fill out the Broker information again. After that all you have to do is to fax or mail us the loan package for your borrower.

FOR  PRIVATE  INVESTORS

If you are a Private Investor, then click on PRIVATE INVESTOR and fill out the information sheet. Basically you are giving us your parameters of the type of Trust Deeds you like to invest in. Once we have your information, we will keep you informed of any special investment opportunities that fit your needs. 

FOR  INSTITUTIONAL  LENDERS

If you are an Institutional Lender, click on INSTITUTIONAL LENDER, and fill out the information sheet and let us know if you like to buy on flow or bulk basis.
